Transmission problem 2001 Cadillac DTS V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 170000 miles my 2001 dts won't pass inspection because the code p0841(tcc solenoid circuit sensor) comes up. i can't afford to have it fixed by the dealer (about 2500). do i have to remove the tranny to do it or can i access it while the tranny is in...if so, how do i do it?

Steering problem 2001 Cadillac DTS V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 136000 miles Every time a come to stop - like at the gas station or quick trip, the steering does not seem to work properly. Very difficult to turn. No problems when going down the road. What do think causes this? Do I need a mechanic to have a look at it?

Cadillac DTS. Coolant coming out of the reservoir tank.

My 06 Cadillac DTS steam and coolant have leaked out of the reservoir tank twice on the last week. The thing is that the car is not overheating. The temperature gage from the middle got one line up and then come down. I know other people with this type of car that they have the same issue with temp gage. It may be the norm. Can someone could help me with this issue.

Engine Mechanical problem 2004 Cadillac DTS V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic I bought a 2004 Caddy with 89,000 miles. It is using a quart of oil every 1200 miles. I talked to the dealer I bought it from and they said that is normal. I don't believe them. Are they correct?

So i wanted to know is the 06-07 Cadillac Dts a good car for me (male) to drive back and forth from school and work. They run at about $16,000+ Used.. Any thoughts??
